Sisters Elevating Sisters (SES) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, our mission is to put God’s love into action by fostering a supportive community where women are empowered to elevate each other. Rooted in the belief of first loving God and then loving one another. We strive to inspire women of all ages to reach higher levels of personal and collective achievement. Through encouragement, mentorship, and shared values, we aim to cultivate an environment where every woman feels valued, supported, and empowered to pursue her passions and fulfill her potential. By embodying the spirit of 1 Thessalonians 5:11 – ‘Therefore encourage one another and build one another up, just as you are doing’ – we are dedicated to uplifting women and creating lasting positive change in their lives and the communities we serve.

To establish a supportive and empowering community within churches, fostering sisterhood, personal growth, and spiritual enrichment among women of faith.

MEMBERSHIP CRITERIA
- Membership in good standing within the affiliated church community.
- Agreement to abide by the values, principles, and code of conduct established by SES and the affiliated church.
- Commitment to actively participate in SES events, programs, and initiatives within the church community.
MEMBERSHIP FEES
Membership fees, if applicable, can be determined based on the resources, benefits, and services offered within the church-based membership program. Consideration should be given to ensuring affordability and accessibility for members of all socioeconomic backgrounds.
MEMBERSHIP ENROLLMENT PROCESS
- Promotion and Outreach: Promote the church-based community membership program through church bulletins, announcements, social media platforms, and word-of-mouth within the church community.
- Registration and Enrollment: Provide a streamlined registration process for interested members, including online registration forms, in-person sign-up opportunities, or registration through church administrative offices.
- Orientation and Welcome: Welcome new members with a formal orientation session introducing them to SES, the church-based community membership program, and available resources and benefits.
- Ongoing Engagement: Maintain regular communication with members through newsletters, emails, and social media updates, providing updates on upcoming events, resources, and opportunities for engagement within the church community.
EVALUATION AND FEEDBACK
Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of the church-based community membership program through ember surveys, feedback sessions, and quantitative assessments of membership engagement and satisfaction. Use feedback to continuously improve and adapt the program to better meet the needs and preferences of church community members.

FOUNDER AND CEO BIO
Shenece Craddock is a passionate advocate for community outreach and healthcare education, driven by her commitment to bridging gaps and empowering individuals. With over 27 years of secretarial experience, she serves as the Administrator of Trinity Missionary Baptist Church, demonstrating her dedication to organizational excellence and service.
A devout follower of Jesus Christ, Shenece channels her faith into action as thefounder and CEO of Sisters Elevating Sisters (SES), established in July 2019. SES is not just an organization but a testament to Shenece’s unwavering belief in the power of uplifting others. Inspired by a personal journey marked by betrayal,Shenece chose the path of elevation over retaliation, a decision that gave birth to SES – a beacon of hope and solidarity for women seeking support and empowerment.
Under Shenece’s leadership, SES encourages women to uplift each other, fostering a community where strength is found in sisterhood and where every woman is valued and celebrated. Beyond her professional endeavors, Shenece finds joy in spending time with her family and giving back to her community through volunteer work.In essence, Shenece embodies the spirit of SES – a relentless advocate for empowerment, a beacon of faith, and a catalyst for positive change. With a heart fueled by love and guided by faith, she continues to inspire and uplift those around her, proving that even in the face of adversity, elevation is always the answer.
